*flint knapping practicals have a 'focus', but you can of course come and knap or practise whatever you like! People will be on hand to help beginners as well. Lots of flint will be available, with smaller pieces to use for free, and larger pieces to buy at a nominal fee. We will have gloves and goggles on hand too to make sure we're stylish. We also have an enclosed facility (giant army tent) at a private residence to use at hands on sessions. When you RSVP we will tell you where it is and how to get there (it's in Jericho).

Not on the mailing list? Email oxpalaeo@gmail.com and let us know you would like to be added!
